Terms of Service

Flying Car AI is an independent tool for creating AI-generated vehicle videos. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla.

Your images

Only upload images you own or have permission to use, with appropriate consent from any people shown. Do not use the service for harassment, impersonation, sexual exploitation, or unlawful content.

Generated results

AI-generated videos may change appearance, geometry or movement. Reference clips demonstrate the intended motion, not a guaranteed result. Review your output before sharing, and label AI-generated content where appropriate. You remain responsible for your use of the input material and output.

Credits and processing

Generation costs are displayed before submission. Credits are reserved for active tasks and consumed when the result is saved. Confirmed failed tasks return the reserved credits. A submission with an uncertain upstream status may remain under review to prevent duplicate charges.

Purchased credits do not expire under the current offering. Payment and refund questions are covered by the refund policy.

Availability and support

Generation depends on third-party services and may be delayed or unavailable. Contact support through the contact form, including your task ID for generation issues.
