Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026 · Version 2026-10-19

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to uploads, generation requests, stored results and content shared through Flying Car AI. Our vehicle templates are intended for fictional visual effects. They must not be used to harm people, infringe rights or misrepresent real events.

Prohibited content

1. Pornography and NSFW content

Do not upload or generate pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexualized nudity, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery. This includes attempts to remove clothing from a person's image. Adult-only access or a person's consent does not create an exception.

2. Violence and gore

Do not create graphic injury, mutilation, torture, animal cruelty, threats or content encouraging terrorism, violent wrongdoing or self-harm. Fictional vehicle motion without injury is the intended use; depicting people being harmed, glorifying a harmful act or instructing viewers to perform dangerous real-world acts is prohibited.

3. Hate speech

Do not create content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens or promotes discrimination or violence against people because of characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation. Hate symbols or extremist propaganda used to intimidate or recruit are prohibited.

4. Child-unsafe content, including CSAM

Do not upload, request, generate or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of anyone under 18, grooming material or content exploiting or endangering children. This applies to real, synthetic and fictional depictions, and to attempts to disguise a child's age. Serious suspected child exploitation may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

5. Deepfakes and impersonation

Do not swap identities or faces, create nudified or fabricated intimate depictions, or make a real person appear to say or do something they did not. These prohibitions apply to celebrities and private individuals, even if someone claims consent. Do not fabricate endorsements, impersonate people or organizations, or present generated footage as an authentic recording. Use vehicle-focused images that do not make an identifiable person the subject of a fabricated action.

6. Copyright and trademark infringement

Do not use images, characters, footage, logos or other protected material without the rights required for the requested use. Do not create counterfeit advertising or falsely imply brand sponsorship. A source attribution is not a license, and the presence of a brand in a template does not grant you rights to its trademarks or copyrighted works.

Image permissions and other misuse

You must own or have authorization to use each uploaded image, and obtain consent from identifiable people shown. Material copied from social media, search results or another person's account is not automatically available for reuse. Permission to use an image does not override the prohibited categories above.

Do not harass, dox, defraud, evade account restrictions, bypass safeguards or automate abusive requests. A successful generation is not approval of the content or proof that you have the necessary rights.

How content is reviewed

The current generator accepts a photo and a preset vehicle template; users cannot supply an unrestricted text prompt. Template instructions are maintained by the platform. Provider refusals are respected, and a confirmed failed request follows our credit-return rules.

Reports and suspected violations are subject to human review of the relevant photo, output, task information and evidence. Review may result in content removal or account action under the Terms. Private creations are not a public feed, but authorized access for an abuse investigation may be necessary as described in the Privacy Policy.

These controls are limited: Flying Car AI does not currently run a separate automated safety scan of every uploaded image and completed video, or manually approve every result before delivery. Template restrictions and provider acceptance are not a comprehensive content-safety check. Please report suspected violations, including material that has already been delivered.

Report content or an infringement

Email [email protected] with the subject “Content report.” Anyone may report an issue; an account is not required. Include:

Do not attach suspected CSAM or redistribute unlawful material to make a report. Provide the location or task reference instead. Do not send credentials or full payment details. This mailbox is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services for an immediate threat to life.

We assess reports, prioritize suspected child exploitation and immediate threats, request clarification when needed, and take action based on the evidence. We may restrict access while investigating and retain relevant evidence where necessary. We limit disclosure of personal information and may not be able to share another user's account details or an ongoing investigation.

Enforcement and appeals

Possible actions include a warning, removal of inputs or results, restricted access, account suspension or termination. Fraudulently obtained credits may be revoked; legitimate unused purchases are handled under the Refund Policy. Serious or repeated abuse can lead to termination without a prior warning. These are review-based measures, not an automatic credit fine for every report.

To challenge a decision, email the same address with the subject “Content appeal,” identify the task or decision and explain the mistake. We reassess the evidence and correct an erroneous restriction where appropriate. Submitting an appeal does not permit further prohibited use while it is reviewed.
